Acme's Commission Policy

Thanks so much for choosing Acme to create your unique piece. We are proud to provide our clients with the highest customer service and quality products. In order to maintain the best level of communication throughout the creative process, we simply ask that our clients understand our commission policy prior to entering into a business relationship. We're looking forward to working with you!

Projects Under $500 are always welcome and will include:

• One in-studio consultation meeting of 1 hour
• If necessary, one subsequent site visit of 1 hour will be provided free of charge.
• Additional meetings will require a consultation fee.

• Acme provides 2 initial meetings, either at the studio or jobsite, of up to 2 hours each. Any consultation beyond the 2 visits without a contract will require a $75 per meeting fee to be paid prior to the meeting.
• Up to 2 designs can be provided for viewing at the second meeting. Acme is happy to provide additional designs at this stage, but will require additional fees to do so. (Potential clients will not be permitted to retain copies of designs until a signed agreement is reached and a deposit has been paid.)
• Acme provides each client with a job estimate and work contract to be signed (along with this document). A deposit of 50% will be required to begin work. The remaining balance is to be paid upon completion.
• Once under contract Acme is happy to provide clients with 3 additional meetings at the studio, as requested. Meetings beyond that are subject to additional hourly billing. Consultations by phone and e-mail are always welcome.
• Once a final design has been agreed upon & signed, any subsequent design changes will require additional charges commensurate with the additional work required.
• In the event that a contracted job is canceled by the client, client agrees to forfeit the portion of the deposit that covers the work completed to date, and to pay the remainder of any amount due on completed work.
• In the event that payment is not presented at the time of completion, Acme will retain the final product until payment is made and a 10% fee will be applied to the final bill.
